Overview of your role We are looking for a Growth leader to own and accelerate our efforts around building the best-in-class Growth engine to acquire, engage and retain users on the Betterhalf platform. The objective is to build the overall strategy, set up processes to manage the CAC and lifecycle of the customer and help unlock the multiple growth teams across Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Data & Analytics, and Growth R&D.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and driving overall performance of the teams by applying growth principles - including experimentation, data-driven optimisation, and customer-centric product experiences.

Speaking in terms of experience, we are looking for someone with experience in scaling a customer product to 10x growth.
Your growth:
You’ll experience Series A, B in 24-months and become integrated as an AVP - Growth in 12-months You’ll see a 100-people team becoming a 200-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where the company’s decisions are planned with founders and business leaders.
Responsibilities and Functions:
You will be responsible for driving product-led growth. You will own the roadmap, strategy and product growth features/ experiments to drive 10X growth. In order to do this, you will have to continuously measure your KPIs and improvise based on strategic data-driven decisions. While taking strategic data-driven decisions you will be doing a lot of AB testing experiments based on qualitative user research and consumer psyche. You should have a thorough understanding of the customer psyche and detailed insights about why customers use our product. (e.g., Why do they use the product? What are their problems? What are their inhibitions to join our platform?) You will be figuring out efficient low cost acquisition channels and experimenting around them. You should have good knowledge about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth. You should follow the best practices for engaging customers, and retaining them for the long term.
What are we looking for?
Min. 3-5 years of experience in user growth for a high-growth consumer app startup Shipped product features on mobile app or web app, managed sprint cycle and delivered key product growth metrics Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and ready to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring and product research methodologies Experienced in driving growth through experimentation and analysis Self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects. Relevant experience in content marketing, SEO and ASO for driving traffic on the web/app product Previous experience with product management is a bonus.
Preferred Experience: 4-6 years of product-driven growth in B2C company. 5-10L monthly app/ web signups / users with no ads

Compensation:
Fixed CTC: INR 25-35L Stocks: INR 50L-1 Crore Additional perks and incentives

Interview Process
Fairly straightforward. HR Person will have a quick 10-15 min chat with the candidate and once aligned, directly the founders get involved.
1st call: HR Person 2nd call: Product Manager / Marketplace Manager 3rd call: Founder 1 / CEO 4th call: Founder 2 / CTO 5th call: SEO Head
Expect 3-5 round with the company leaders across the product, marketing and marketplace and then offer gets released. While we say 7 days from the first call with the company, in most cases, hiring gets closed in 3-5 days.
