Why Join Us?
- Be a key part of a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts business success.
- Gain hands-on experience in both office management, administration, and business operations in an exciting tech-driven environment.
- Grow with the company—take on new responsibilities and advance your career as we scale.
Your Role:
We are looking for a resourceful, hands-on Business Operations Executive to work closely with the CEO in supporting Axross's day-to-day operations and growth. This cross-functional role spans executive coordination, exhibitions and marketing, finance and procurement administration, and general office operations. You will help translate priorities into action, coordinate people and vendors, and ensure important work gets done reliably and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Office & Business Support
- Support the CEO with business priorities, meetings, external engagements and follow-up actions.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, business communications and concise status updates.
- Coordinate special projects, partnerships, industry engagements and company initiatives.
2. Marketing, Exhibitions & Events
- Plan and coordinate trade exhibitions, conferences, customer visits and company events, including budgets, booths, vendors and logistics.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as company decks, brochures, website updates and social media content.
- Coordinate external designers, printers and event vendors to deliver materials on time.

- Improve administrative workflows, documentation and simple standard operating procedures.

- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, presentation tools and digital content or design tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication; proactive, dependable and willing to learn in a fast-moving startup.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means being a reliable execution partner to the CEO: exhibitions and marketing activities are well delivered, finance and procurement administration is kept up to date, and the office runs smoothly.
The role is primarily operational today, with first-hand exposure to how the founders shape strategy and make business decisions. We are looking for someone curious about our industry and keen to grow with Axross. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities, supported by hands-on coaching and mentorship from the founders.
If you’re looking for a role that allows you to grow, take ownership, and make a real difference in a fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you!
