Full Time

Location: Paris, France. We value working in person, and we stay flexible. You may also need to join trips to San Francisco to meet our customers.

Language: English is required. You do not need to speak French.

The role

Customer delivery is the core of Armature today, and you own it. You make sure our customers get real value every day, you shape how we deliver that value as we grow, and you contribute to the product.

It starts with your customers. You learn each one’s business, competitors and growth problems, you design the experiments that measure how often coding agents pick their product, and you prove what changes the agents’ choice. You begin next to the founders and you take over accounts step by step, until you’re the expert customers rely on and you’re accountable for the results we promise.

Much of this work still goes through agents we prompt by hand, and that can’t last as we add customers. So you define our standard approach, you build the processes, and you use agents so that each new customer takes less time than the one before. This kind of work is new, so the way you run it becomes the way Armature runs it.

What you learn along the way also shapes what we build. You work with our product engineer and our applied research engineer, so that what you see and do on the field gets turned into a better product.

What you will do

  • Build our customer operations function: the processes, the standards and the tools.
  • Understand each customer’s business and growth problems in depth.
  • Design and run the experiments for each customer, and present the results.
  • Own the relationship with your customers and the results we promise them.
  • Use AI agents to automate the delivery, one repeated task at a time.
  • Bring the feedback from the field to the product, and help prioritize what we build.

Who we look for

  • You’re an engineer from a top school, and if you’re a new grad, your internships show that you can build things.
  • You get real work done through coding agents: you split the work, guide the agents and understand what they produce, and this is the skill we value most.
  • You want to talk to customers, and you’re ready to lead the conversation.
  • When you promise a result, you deliver it.
  • You have high agency: you move forward without waiting for instructions.

Not a fit if

  • You want to stay away from customers.
  • You want to spend most of your time building product.
  • You’d be happy delivering the same work by hand forever.
  • You’ve never used AI agents to automate part of your work.

Interview Process

  1. An intro call with one of the founders.
  2. An ops case based on a customer engagement.
  3. A paid trial day with the team.

About Armature

As we shift from user experience to agent experience, the entire way we design, operate, and evaluate our products must be rethought. The first step is to understand how agents use products through MCPs and CLIs, the exact same way we used to understand how users interacted with UIs. Armature automates agent workflow testing. Connect your MCP, CLI and ChatGPT apps and let Armature discover the workflows agents actually run. Armature will then continuously test them across every harness (Claude Code, Codex, Openclaw, etc.) and frontier model and show you how you perform, how you compare to your competitors as well as alert you when something breaks.
