What you need

  • Outbound sales experience, cold calling daily
  • Comfortable on phone with senior operators
  • Write short, plain emails that sound like a person
  • Organized, follow-ups happen as promised
  • Want full-cycle sales career, not just setter

What you'll do

  • Run daily call blocks and LinkedIn sequences
  • Research new builds, expansions, AI capacity deals
  • Book qualified meetings, ensure high show rate
  • Sit in on meetings, learn discovery and demos
  • Learn BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA systems

Aravolta builds the monitoring and controls platform for data centers. Our hardware and software connect everything in the building, from chillers and generators to servers and switches.

Our systems run in more than 50 facilities across 7 countries, for colocation providers, AI cloud operators, and data center developers in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Sales here is founder led. You would work directly with the CEO and COO, filling their calendar and learning the cycle from the people who close it.

The role

Your job is to get us in front of the people who run data centers: VPs of operations, directors of critical facilities, and the executives at colocation and AI cloud companies. You call them, you email them, you find them on conference lists, and you book qualified meetings for the founders. We close.

This industry still answers the phone. The people who run these buildings are operators, not inbox people, and almost nobody cold calls them well.

What you will do

  • Run call blocks daily and LinkedIn Sequences.
  • Research accounts before you call: new builds, expansions, AI capacity deals, who owns operations
  • Book qualified meetings for the founders, confirm them, and keep the show rate high
  • Sit in on the meetings you book and learn how we run discovery and demos
  • Learn the industry: BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA. You do not need to know these words today, you need to want to learn them

Your first 90 days

We will say this out loud so nobody is surprised.

  • First 30 days. You are on the phone in week one. Learn the pitch by making calls, not by studying. Build your machine as you go: lists, dialer, sequences, CRM. Book your first meetings in the first two weeks and sit in on every one that holds.
  • Days 30 to 60. Full call blocks every day and the founders' calendar shows it: 8 to 10 meetings booked a month. You write the pre-call brief for every meeting you book and you own the follow-up notes. The industry vocabulary is starting to stick.
  • Days 60 to 90. Holding 10 to 12 qualified meetings a month with a show rate above 80 percent. You open the meetings you booked and run the first ten minutes of discovery before handing off. From here the AE track starts.

In this market a single good meeting can turn into a seven figure account, so every one counts and you get paid on every one.

Who does well here

  • You have done outbound before, or something close to it like recruiting or door to door, and you know what a day of cold calls feels like
  • Comfortable on the phone with senior operators
  • You write short, plain emails that sound like a person
  • Organized. Follow-ups happen when you said they would
  • You want a career in sales and you want the full cycle, not just the setter seat

Where this goes

The first great SDR here becomes our first AE. As you prove the motion you take over discovery calls, then demos, then your own deals end to end.
