Founding Engineer - Full Stack

Andy completes clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits.

Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI.

• Andy saves nurses 20+ hours per week
• Nursing agencies hire us to solve labor shortage, reduce churn and slash admin cost
• Double-digit MoM growth (mostly word-of-mouth & some outbound); near-perfect retention

We’re a small team of engineers (Google/Apple) & clinicians, passionate about improving healthcare in a focused and meaningful way.

What you’ll do

You will design & scale systems from scratch and jump in on the highest-impact projects:

• Launch AI features to cleverly extract structured data from messy PDFs & audio transcripts
• Build intuitive UX that make humans more accurate/productive
• Scale backends and experiment with new tools

Bonus: learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.

Who you are

You are a strong generalist engineer who takes end-to-end ownership from idea to launch. You’ll be successful with Andy if you:

• Ship fast & make good tradeoffs
• Take a high-level direction & run with it
• Are excited to dive into LLMs

Interview Process

1. Intro - Zoom meeting with Tiantian (CEO)
2. Technical - Zoom meeting with Sam (CTO)
3. Work trial - Paid project, in person in SF
