Andy completes clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits.
Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI.

We’re a small team of engineers (Google/Apple) & clinicians, passionate about improving healthcare in a focused and meaningful way.
What you’ll do
You will design & scale systems from scratch and jump in on the highest-impact projects:
- Launch AI features to cleverly extract structured data from messy PDFs & audio transcripts
- Build intuitive UX that make humans more accurate/productive
- Scale backends and experiment with new tools
Bonus: learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.

You are a strong generalist engineer who takes end-to-end ownership from idea to launch. You’ll be successful with Andy if you:
