Unthread is an ticket automation platform built into Slack and Teams. We help IT, HR, CS, and more to instantly resolve issues with human and AI agents.

We're used by companies like Hubspot, StubHub, Lemonade, and more to turn support into a delightful experience.

Tech Stack

We use full-stack TypeScript, including a Node backend and an Angular front-end built with Ionic. We use a Postgres database and leverage GCP's CloudRun product to automate deployment and scaling.

For our AI, we use both OpenAI and Google's Vertex and Gemini products, with a multi-agent workflow to learn, prioritize, and fact-check AI-generated answers and actions.
