Turing College

Turing College is an EdTech startup, creating a modern way to learn for the new generation of technical people. We are running on peer-to-peer education principles, and in turn, have no lectures or exams. Our tech solutions are running the show for learning. Our project-based curriculum is built by industry experts from Google, Vinted, etc. We have a 100% graduate employment rate.

We have a full bucket of interesting technical challenges. To name a few:

• Our learner-mentor matching algorithm for code reviews looks for the best matching mentor who is able to provide a quality review. This is how we cost-efficiently scale our education. Think of driver-passenger matching of Uber, but with more data;
• We use the data of our learners to help them study better. Think of apple health trends;
• Our data helps companies make decisions about hiring our learners faster. We are scaling that into live learner-company matching;
