AI property manager for landlords and estate agents

Founders

YC F25

Hiring Pitch

We've built an AI property manager that automates maintenance requests, handling tenant calls and messages 24/7, following up by chasing contractors and resolving issues.

We're based in London, have raised over $3M in funding, and have over 10 customers through a reliable sales pipeline, including a >$1m cARR enterprise contract.

Ismail the CEO is an ex-Founder at LiveLink AI, where he raised $3M, growing the platform to editing 150k videos per month. He also built his own prop firm to $500k ARR.

Elias the CTO was an early engineer at a YC backed company, acquired by Google. While a senior engineer at Google for 5 years, he took the product from $50k ARR to >$100m. CS at Bristol, MBA from Imperial.

Tech Stack

When tenants, vendors or landlords chat with property managers, they do this via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. Because we’re building an AI property manager that’s a drop-in replacement for existing systems, these are the AI communication channels we’re focusing on. Try it out: +447588351283 (UK), [email protected] (email), +18445391844 (US).

Property management organizations configure our AI using a React frontend app, which is kept in a Typescript monorepo alongside our express server, which are both deployed simultaneously to Vercel, avoiding service layer breakage. We use Supabase as our persistence layer and for auth.

We’re aiming for enterprise grade AI, so we’re using a discrete step pipeline for maintenance issues. This lets us observe and maximumise reliability to satisfy our 99.9% SLA, and minimise the latency between steps, which is a secondary customer KPI of time to resolve maintenance issues (which results in happy tenants).

Our engineering principles:

  • No ownership silos. All engineers must be able to contribute to all parts of the code base, and must be comfortable with talking to clients.
  • Fast iteration loops. Quickly delivering feature MVPs to customers has been key to our success so far; sometimes we push small features during customer calls.
  • Customer-centric and culture of experimentation. If you’re excited about something and want to build it, I’ll find you the time. But let's try out a prototype for customers first.
