Introduction to the job

The Senior Logistics Group Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations to support stable factory execution.
This role ensures effective material flow, operational coordination, and continuous improvement while aligning logistics activities with site objectives.

Role and responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations to support production and operational requirements
Manage and guide a logistics team, including task assignment and follow-up
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and material flow
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
Monitor operational topics, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
Experience in a coordination or team lead role is preferred

Skills

Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple operational topics in a dynamic environment
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in English;

Full-time position
Regular working hours
Based at Tainan factory site
