CS - EUV OPP team SAP Coordinator - Tainan

Introduction to the job

• Materials arrangement and make sure the materials status same as SAP confirmation.
• Control all materials pending status.

Role and responsibilities(R&R)

• Manage all materials in the fab to be returned within stock aging KPIs.
• Data analysis and report : stock management KPI report out.
• Conduct administrative process by SAP transaction, ex.) build-in/build-out list maintenance for correct configuration management.
• Error hit : Search & trace the history of materials by SAP and escalate cases that are not properly structured in SAP or SMS.
• Continuous improvement: investigate overall return cycle to define improvement areas to drive engineering stock KPI performance efficiency.
• Responsible for collaboration with CSCM to ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations of tools are up to date and planned.
• Manage expiry tools to be returned in time.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or other relevant areas or experience in office administration.
• 0–3 years of experiences in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.

• Data analysis and reporting skill to find out the area to focus.
• Knowledge of logistic process, service order process.
• Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated and flexibility.
• Fast problem-solving skill.

• Good team player.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Able to think in processes and systems.
• Critical thinking and business acumen.
• Native in Taiwan, good verbal, written business proficiency in English.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
