
CS - EUV OPP team SAP Coordinator - Tainan
Job Description
Introduction to the job
- Materials arrangement and make sure the materials status same as SAP confirmation.
- Control all materials pending status.
Role and responsibilities(R&R)
- Manage all materials in the fab to be returned within stock aging KPIs.
- Data analysis and report : stock management KPI report out.
- Conduct administrative process by SAP transaction, ex.) build-in/build-out list maintenance for correct configuration management.
- Error hit : Search & trace the history of materials by SAP and escalate cases that are not properly structured in SAP or SMS.
- Continuous improvement: investigate overall return cycle to define improvement areas to drive engineering stock KPI performance efficiency.
- Responsible for collaboration with CSCM to ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations of tools are up to date and planned.
- Manage expiry tools to be returned in time.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or other relevant areas or experience in office administration.
- 0–3 years of experiences in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.
Skills
- Data analysis and reporting skill to find out the area to focus.
- Knowledge of logistic process, service order process.
- Familiar with SAP, Visual Basic, Power BI and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and flexibility.
- Fast problem-solving skill.
- Pro-active communication.
- Good team player.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Able to think in processes and systems.
- Critical thinking and business acumen.
- Native in Taiwan, good verbal, written business proficiency in English.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
