- Manage quality escalations related to parts and tools, such as DOA (dead on arrival), RQ/CR (clean room), FSD (field service defects) returns, and scrap
- Own and maintain the Quality FO Dashboard, monitoring KPIs including shelf life, stock purge, tool usability, certification, calibration, and returns
- Drive proactive stock checks and early identification of quality risks
- Manage tool inspections, calibration, certification, repairs, and aftercare
- Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on TUV (Technical inspection) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) certifications, including required system transactions
- Lead and support quality-related projects and participate in local and global review meetings
- Act as the CSCM quality focal point during audits and governance reviews and become the subject matter expert.
- Align closely with CSCM Operations, Customer Service, central teams, and 3PL partners to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in quality, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with quality operations, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Strong experience with operational KPIs, dashboards, and ticketing systems
- Experience working with warehouses, field operations, and external logistics providers (3PLs)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
Personal Skills
- Strong ownership mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with the ability to align and influence stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Strong collaboration skills across functions, cultures, and external partners
