MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that Thales KIP portfolio sustains the needs of forecast business (Sitcom) for the Region(s) of interest ;
Perform qualification of Key Industrial Partners, from request by the Country Directors until sign-off of the qualification file by the authorized person ;
Ensure that qualification and business timelines are coherent (based on information on Gates planning, Monthly Order Intake Reviews, Quarterly Marketing & Sales Reviews) ;
Report on a regular basis on KIP status on Thales Sitcom coverage, qualification planning vs. business planning, qualification status as well as industrial assessment ;
Contribute significantly to the partnership strategy in the Regions by providing inputs to the Country Strategic Plan / Marketing plans as well as MTIP when relevant, and will contribute to the implementation of Framework Agreements with KIPs ;
Participate to the selection of the Business Advisers (BA), from request by the Regional Director/Country Directors until sign-off of the selection and agreement file by the authorized person;
Manage and support actively with the Country Directors the commercial and day-to-day relationships with the KIPs and the BAs ;
 
Participate in the projects and/or domains selection to be addressed by such  BAs and KIPs and in this respect assist the CD, COO, Industrial Operations Director, Legal Director, Financial Director, Operational Unit correspondents (as applicable) in defining such projects or domains ;
 
With due reference to best practices and ethics rules (in particular the Instructions for BA and Instructions for KIP), he/she will participate to the reinforcement of governance within the Regional Company and related Regions, where necessary, as regard to the quality and relevance of the BA and KIP files, and, for this purpose, support and assist the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal & Contracts Director of the Regional Company ;
 
Participate with the Regional Company organisation to develop instructions awareness to the CDs and the local operating units (Processes, ethics, compliances).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
10 to 15 years professional experience one or several of the following job families: Sales, Legal (with strong business orientation), operations, purchasing..
