YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Bids & Project Management you will lead the engine room of our cyber services business, driving tenders through to successful delivery while building and maturing an enterprise PMO.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role at the intersection of sales and delivery, bringing together commercial, technical and operational stakeholders to win the right work and deliver it exceptionally well.
 

You’ll:

• Lead the Bids and Project Management Office (BPMO) strategy, standards and roadmap

• Oversee the full bid-to-delivery lifecycle, governance and performance

• Drive profitable, well-run tenders and predictable project outcomes

• Embed consistent PMO practices, tools and reporting across the business

• Optimise resource planning, risk management and delivery governance

• Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations and Technical leaders

• Build capability, coach teams and foster a high-performance culture

What You'll Bring:

• Senior leadership experience across bids, projects or PMO in complex / tech environments

• Strong commercial acumen and governance mindset

• Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholders

• Track record of scaling functions and improving delivery performance

• Calm, decisive and outcomes-focused under pressure
