Inside the Strategy Area in Rome, we are looking for a Strategy and M&A Specialist.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) initiatives

• Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to the business development initiatives, to the entry into new markets and to innovation initiatives

• Support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Produce reports to present to the Top Management the outputs of the strategic initiatives analysis

• Support the strategic planning and market analysis processes, monitoring competitive scenario and market positioning of products/services

Required Skills: 

• Degree in Business / Economics / Management Engineering

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a high-profile consulting firm

• Excellent business modeling, financial and strategic planning

• Excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for capturing relevant details

• English proficiency

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong team player with good networking and leadership skills
