Inside the Quality Area in Rome/Fucino, we are looking for Product and Service Assurance Manager (PAM). The PAM ensure that performed processes, work products and services relevant to the project are compliant to applicable and/or planned process descriptions, standards, procedures and that the specified requirements are satisfied.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Verify adherence of technical, management and operational processes to applicable/defined standards, rules and plans.

• Check that requirements are verified and validated, according to adequate methods and procedures prepared to the scope.

• Identify any deviations or critical items, in case originating an alert or a non conformance.

• Ensure the software quality requirements through dedicated Software Product Assurance activities.

• Issue of Certificates of Conformity (CoC)

• Issue Declaration of Conformity (DoC)

Technical Skills:

• System Engineering

• SW D&D process

• SW inspection

• Assembly, Integration and Testing

• Qualification and acceptance processes

• ECSS serie Q, M, E normative

• EN 9100, ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 e 2210

Mandatory requirements:

• Degree in scientific matters

• Experience in Product/Quality Assurance

• Good knowledge of technical safety aspects

• Experience in Management ICT System utilization

• Good knowledge of English spoken and written

Preferable requirements:

• Skill on SW development and inspection tools

• Skill on CE marking process relating to the HW Product (or its components) according to the applicable EU directives/regulations.

• Experience in project management and / or operational management and related processes (e.g. planning, coordination, scheduling)

• Good knowledge of the English language is required.

• Availability for business trips, if necessary.
