Why this role matters:

As a Stock Manager, you’ll ensure the reliable flow, integrity, and availability of satellite components and production materials at ICEYE’s Tokyo production site. You will manage inbound and outbound logistics, maintain accurate inventory, and safeguard the lifecycle readiness of critical parts that support satellite assembly, integration, and testing. Your work directly enables production readiness and mission delivery by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and in the right condition.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for satellite components, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, inspection, and documentation
• Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, labeling, barcoding, and regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Coordinate material flow across the production site to ensure components reach assembly and testing teams in the correct sequence, quantity, and condition
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with Global Supply Chain to align replenishment plans and safety stock with production schedules

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or technical logistics within a high tech manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of material flow, stock control methods, SKU management, and inventory accuracy practices
• Experience working with inventory systems such as ERP, WMS, or MES and proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across production, supply chain, and quality teams

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience handling sensitive electronics or components in controlled or cleanroom environments
• Familiarity with ESD handling requirements and material preservation for RF or electronics components
