Job Title : Project Management Officer
Job Duties:
Project Management Officer:
Enables, drives and de-risks the Program organization to successfully execute the triple constraint management, PMO processes and the Product Generation Process (PGP);
Responsible for the development of the PMO workforce within their respective area of responsibility by demonstrating people leader skills;
Drives the improvement of the PM(O) organization, processes and procedures driven by business priorities within their respective area of responsibility.
Proactively drives high quality plans (triple constraint accuracy) in complex and changing environments,
Reviews and monitors the scheduling architecture based on program needs that enable stakeholders to easily acquire the information about product progress.
Defines clear and quantifiable priorities due to the planning of the roadmap or ASML's product strategy and PMO's vision and strategy.
Ensures adequate risk assessment of operational risks within the full scope of multiple projects and is able to interpret the results of the risk assessment and ensures mitigation actions are taken.
Executive assist
Proactively assist senior manager in calendar, planning, logistics, conference and visits by internal/external clients;
Take meeting minutes and follow up action items when required.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
Prepare presentations, announcement, reports and other business information.
Support the expenses reimbursement of senior manager.
Support on analytics and reporting tasks as required.
Other ad-hoc tasks/ assignments as delegated by Executive.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent English both in written and oral; experience in project management and executive assistant role, MNC background is preferred. Mature interpersonal skills, quick learner, easy going personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, straight-forward, problem-solving skill, stakeholder balance, project management skill. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, quick response to supervisor’s request, and ensuring accountability. Fluent in PPT and Excel office skills.
