EUV Equipment Performance Management Coordinator

Introduction to the job

As a CS Equipment Performance Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the performance of ASML equipment. You will work with structured performance data, identify system-level improvement opportunities, and collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve escalated performance issues. This role requires strong analytical capability, data handling skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Role and responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and analyze structured datasets related to ASML equipment performance, and create performance analysis reports for company-wide use.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes, resolutions, and improvement opportunities through complete, accurate, and structured data review.
• Identify bottlenecks, disturbances, or performance deviations impacting key KPIs, and support stakeholders in investigations to determine effective solutions.
• Propose and support implementation of improvements to hardware, tools, and related processes for performance management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to resolve escalated equipment performance issues.
• Ensure technical and administrative documentation is clear, concise, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders, including preparation and delivery of presentations as required.

Education and experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
• More than 3 years of experience in Customer Support (CS) Field Engineering is preferred
• Experience in data analysis using statistical or analytical methods is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Skills
Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and Power Query.
• Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Automation and scripting skills using Python, VBA, macros, or other coding tools are preferred.

• Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of technical subjects and global stakeholders.

Working location : ASML Icheon Office

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
