Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Programas
Localidade: Itajubá
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h ou das 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar na elaboração e execução de planos de projetos;

• Colaborar no acompanhamento do cronograma dos projetos;

• Apoiar na documentação de contratos, processos e procedimentos;

• Auxiliar o time de Programas nas demandas diárias e sugerir melhorias;

• Dar suporte na elaboração de relatórios financeiros.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração ou Engenharia de Produção;

• Inglês avançado;

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por 2 anos;

• Google Workspace e experiência prévia seria um diferencial;

• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position description: Program Internship

Location: Itajubá

Type: In-person

Working Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Main activities:

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans;

• Collaborate in monitoring project schedules;

• Support the documentation of contracts, processes, and procedures;

• Assist the Programs team with daily demands and suggest improvements;

• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports.

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration or Production Engineering;

• Advanced English;

• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for 2 years;

• Google Workspace and previous experience would be a plus;

• Internal candidates should pay attention to the golden rule.
