The Airbus UpNext Optimate demonstrator will pave the way to smart automation capabilities by integration of new innovative bricks including computer vision and data fusion. The goal is to help the pilots and facilitate the mission.
The Experimental vehicule platform architecture support internship is within Airbus UpNext, will ideally begin in MARCH 2026 (date subject to flexibility), and will last for a period of 5 to 6 months (not exceeding September the 30th 2026).
Mission
The core responsibility of this role is to provide dedicated support to the Architecture and Integration team, focusing specifically on the robust technical architecture design and comprehensive documentation for one of the designated demonstrator test mean platforms.
The main tasks will include:
Elaborate & Analyse of the current functional & hardware architecture
Identify the architecture interfaces
Build the hardware inventory of this platform
Support the vehicle platform team in its evolution and exposure
Support the knowledge transfer management, through documentation and presentations

What you bring:
Engage in Engineer Master’s degree or a related field (Bac+5)
Computer knowledge, including Linux exploitation system
Electronics knowledge
Mechanical knowledge will be a plus
Passion about technology, science
Eagerness to take initiatives to propose simpler and efficient ways of working
Impatience and burning desire to attain rapidly, along with a healthy skepticism for progress
