Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Cell Engineer to join our dynamic start-up team. This role involves hands-on work in battery development, materials analysis, and process optimization. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, fabricate, and test lithium-ion battery cells, focusing on performance, safety, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cell assembly, testing, and performance characterization.

• Conduct materials analysis, including electrode and electrolyte evaluation.

• Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot cell performance issues.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Document experimental results and contribute to technical reports.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with lithium-ion battery chemistry and fabrication processes.

• Hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
