What will help you thrive?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in early-stage, action-oriented environments and can turn messy challenges into clear outcomes. You will own the project in Italy, driving operations, onboarding therapists, and shaping the product for local users.

Hands-on experience owning outcomes in a small team or early-stage setup
Launched a product, market, or operation from zero to first real users
Regularly talked to users and made decisions based on those conversations
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and owning the outcome
Proven experience designing and scaling GTM processes, including building repeatable playbooks after an initial pilot or first cohort, and successfully scaling operations from small volumes (e.g. 10–50 hires/customers/doctors) to hundreds at scale.
Able to use simple tools (Docs, Sheets) to think and communicate clearly
What you’ll do:
Talk to users (including unhappy ones) to understand what blocks them and remove those blockers
Use Pareto / MVP thinking to decide what to build, test, or skip
Make decisions with limited information and turn messy input into clear actions
Be ready for challenges, course corrections, and fast learning
Onboard and manage the first cohort of therapists in Italy
Adapt operations & product based on feedback to improve patient-therapist matching
Goals in your first 90 days:
Make Terapia a well-functioning product in your country and prepare it for scaling, including hiring the first customer success team
Recruit 10 therapists who are ready and available to take patients
Interview 20 patients to identify key problems worth solving
Optimize the survey and matching system to ensure patients are paired with the most relevant therapists
Gather and share feedback with local Docplanner teams to improve operations and product
