Job Description

How will you make an impact?

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and successful execution of business initiatives.

• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

• Act as a key point of coordination across multiple teams, anticipating dependencies, risks, and potential impacts on broader business objectives.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and influencing outcomes across different functions.

• Translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

• Foster a proactive, solution-oriented approach, combining analytical thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Operations, or another cross-functional role.

• Proven experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders across different business functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to see the bigger picture, connecting initiatives across teams and anticipating downstream impacts.

• Experience in a fast-growing, technology-driven, or international environment is highly valued.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar analytical solutions.

• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
