Product Director, Practice Management Software (PMS) — Remote (Europe)
Job Description
About Docplanner
We are the world’s largest healthcare platform. Every month, 100 million patients visit our marketplaces — ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, Doktortakvimi, jameda — to find the right doctor and book a visit in real time. We process 20 million bookings a month, serve ~300,000 paying doctors and clinics across 13 countries (and we’re #1 in 12 of them), being profitable while growing ~25% a year.
And we’re just getting started. Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives — and our 10-year ambition is to support 1 billion patient visits a year by putting AI at the heart of every medical workflow. From Noa, our AI brand for doctors, to a frictionless, empathetic and AI-powered patient experience, we are transforming from a marketplace into the operating system of healthcare.
The role
PMS is how Docplanner becomes the operating system of healthcare. Our practice management software runs the daily life of thousands of clinics — scheduling, electronic health records, billing, insurance — through a portfolio of products: MyDr (Poland), Gipo (Italy), Clinic Cloud (Spain), Feegow (Brazil) and our own Docplanner PMS.
Your mandate: Lead the vision to build the best PMS in every country, creating an amazing, AI-first product experience that secures our #1 position in our markets. While our engineering team drives the technical modularization, you will define the product strategy that translates this technical evolution into market-leading success.
What you’ll do
Own the PMS product strategy across all PMS, local (MyDr, Gipo, Clinic Cloud, Feegow) and Docplanner light version PMS — one vision, but localized execution. We want to be #1 in each country.
Partnering on the Unification Journey: Engineering leads the technical modularization of our core stack. Your role is to partner closely with the Engineering Director to ensure that the product roadmap and user experience capitalize on this modularity to build a market-winning platform.
Make PMS AI-first: embed Noa natively — AI scribe, AI booking, patient summaries, intelligent scheduling — so every clinic gets superpowers out of the box.
Build the growth engine: design a lightweight entry product for individuals and clinics with a clear upsell path to the full PMS, Noa and marketplace.
Own outcomes that matter: doctor and clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth and new-market launches.
Lead and develop product leaders across four countries, but not only, partnering closely with the PMS business owner, country managers and the Noa team.
Who you are
We hire for attributes first. These five define how we work — and how you’ll lead:
Exceptional problem-solving mindset. Complexity is something you thrive on daily — five products, +12 countries, dozens of integrations — and turn it into a single, cohesive product vision adapted to each country.
AI-first approach. You believe the clinic of the future runs on AI — and you’ll make our PMS the place where doctors feel that smoothly. Always solving their problems and discovering what they could do, or what we could do for them and their patients.
Product impact focus. You focus on outcomes — retention, expansion, integrated bookings — and you prioritize effectively to ensure we focus on what truly moves them.
Builder leadership. You’ve built products and teams; you know a winning product isn't handed over by engineering — it's co-created, and you make the product–design–engineering partnership the strongest relationship in the building.
Founder-level ownership and drive. You take the complex, ambiguous, multi-year mission and own it with full accountability and collaborative focus.
What you bring
3+ years leading product at Lead / Director level (must-have) — you’ve owned multi-team product organizations, not just a single squad.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS — ideally vertical SaaS, health tech, or complex workflow products (EHR, billing, scheduling).
Experience driving multi-product consolidation.
Comfort with regulated environments (healthcare data, GDPR, medical-device software) is a strong plus.
Fluent English; Spanish, Polish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus in our multi-local world.
What we offer
Remote-first within Europe — work from anywhere, with hubs in Warsaw, Barcelona and beyond, and regular team off-sites.
A seat at the table: you report directly to our CPTO and shape company strategy, not just a roadmap.
Competitive compensation package including a stock option plan — we want you to think and earn like an owner.
Real scale, real impact: your decisions reach 100 million patients and hundreds of thousands of doctors every month.
A profitable, founder-led company on a clear path from €250M to €1B ARR — the rare combination of rocket-ship growth and solid ground.
Ready to build the future of healthcare?
If you read this and thought “this is my job” — we want to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a short note on the product impact you’re most proud of.
