Introduction to the job

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Role and responsibilities

As an Employee EUV Lapping Polishing II, you will:

• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of components and auxiliary parts, and prepare components and tools according to work instructions.

• Process, evaluate, save, and document measurement data in accordance with manufacturing documentation and production requirements.

• Carry out grinding, lapping, polishing, and honing processes, and set up and operate various machine types according to work instructions, recipes, and production cards.

• Conduct in-process measurements and visual inspections using various measuring instruments and machines.

• Assemble, bond, temper, and clamp components, as well as prepare bonding compounds according to specifications.

• Chamfer, engrave, paint/coating, and protect components through adhesive processes according to specifications.

• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of machines, measuring equipment, and components, and create quality reports (e.g., in SAP).

Education and experience

• You have completed a specialized vocational training program of at least 3 years.

• You have professional experience in grinding and lapping components.

• You can confidently read and understand technical drawings.

• You are willing to work in a cleanroom environment and in shifts.

• You are proficient in MS Excel and Word and ideally have experience working with SAP.

• You have experience handling solvents.

• You possess fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

• You demonstrate excellent fine motor skills and very good eyesight.

• You work carefully and with a high degree of precision.

• You are reliable and punctual.

• You enjoy working as part of a team to achieve meaningful goals together.

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitendenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter:in EUV Schleifen Läppen II wirst du:

• Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen von Bauteilen und Zusatzteilen durchführen sowie Bauteile und Werkzeuge gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen vorbereiten.

• Messdaten nach Fertigungsdokumenten aufbereiten, bewerten, abspeichern und Fertigungsergebnisse dokumentieren.

• Schleif-, Läpp-, Polier- und Wetzprozesse durchführen sowie unterschiedliche Maschinentypen gemäß Arbeitsanweisung, Rezepturen und Produktionskarte einrichten und bedienen.

• Fertigungsbegleitende Messungen und visuelle Kontrollen mit verschiedenen Messgeräten und -maschinen durchführen.

• Bauteile fügen, kitten, tempern, clampen sowie Kitte nach Vorgaben anmischen.

• Bauteile nach Spezifikation fasen, gravieren, lackieren und durch Klebeprozesse schützen.

• Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an Maschinen, Messgeräten und Bauteilen durchführen sowie Qualitätsmeldungen, z. B. in SAP, erstellen.

Deine Qualifikation

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung.

• Du bringst berufliche Erfahrung im Schleifen und Läppen von Bauteilen mit.

• Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und verstehen.

• Du bist bereit zur Reinraum- und Schichtarbeit.

• Du gehst sicher mit MS Excel und Word um und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.

• Du besitzt Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lösemitteln.

• Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Du überzeugst durchsehr gute feinmotorische Fähigkeiten und sehr gutes Sehvermögen.

• Du hast eine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise.

• Du bist zuverlässig und pünktlich.

• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, um gemeinsam bedeutsame Ziele zu erreichen.

• Du verfügst über eine gute körperliche Fitness und hast eine hohe Belastbarkeit.
