The role

We're already live inside enterprises running thousands of users, and the demand is real. The thing we don't have yet is a GTM function. Right now it's held together by one person doing all of it, and that's not how you build something that lasts.

You'd own that. The outbound, the pipeline, the research, the systems that turn scattered interest into a real motion. You're not stepping into a machine someone else built, you're building the machine, on top of a product enterprises already want. Early on you'll work closely with the founder on live deals, because that's how you learn the customer cold. Over time the motion is yours to design and run.

This is a ground-floor GTM role at a company with real traction. The ceiling is whatever you make it.

You will

  • Build and own outbound. Sequences, lists, enrichment, the whole top of funnel. Make it work, then make it scale.
  • Own the pipeline. Keep it clean, keep it moving, know the state of every deal better than anyone.
  • Run research and discovery. Figure out who we should be talking to, what they care about, where we win, and bring that intelligence to every conversation.
  • Drive POCs to the finish. Keep deployments on track and customers moving forward.
  • Build leverage with AI. Use agents and tooling to do the work of a whole team. We'll back you on whatever you need.
  • Shape how we sell. You'll have real input on positioning, pricing, and motion, not just execution. What you learn on the front lines becomes how we go to market.

Who you are

  • Some experience in GTM, sales, or ops where you owned real outcomes.
  • High agency. You spot the gap and close it before anyone asks. Things don't fall through the cracks around you.
  • You build systems instinctively and you're organized to a slightly unreasonable degree.
  • AI-pilled. You already use agents and tools to punch above your headcount.
  • You want to own a function and grow with it, not slot into a defined seat.
  • Bonus: you've sold into enterprises, or worked at an early startup and know how fast things actually move.
