The role

AI is everywhere now and nobody can see it. We build the part that can. We want someone who already wired three agents together to do their actual job and felt great about it. You might not have a decade of experience. We don't care. We care that you ship like you have eight hands, because four of them are Claude.

A lot of engineers your age are busy worrying about whether AI takes their job. You already handed it the boring 80% and went looking for harder problems. That instinct is the whole role.

You will

• Ship an absurd amount of working software. You plus a fleet of coding agents should out-build a team of five who are still pasting into a chat window.
• Own real surface area on day one. Real features, real customers, real production. We won't babysit you and you won't want us to.
• Treat every task as "what's the smallest piece I actually have to do by hand." You're not lazy, you're leveraged, and you feel the difference.
• Break the agents, figure out why, build the guardrails, repeat. You'll end up with sharper instincts about where models fail than people twice your tenure.
• Learn the hard systems stuff fast, in the open, with founders who'll throw you in the deep end on purpose.

Who you are

• You've shipped something real, mostly alone, mostly with AI, probably at 3am, definitely without asking permission.
• Your GitHub says more than your resume and you know it.
• You don't ask whether AI can do something. You assume it can and go find the wall.
• You read the changelogs. You have opinions about which model is good at what. You have a setup.
• You ship. You've probably shipped two things since you started reading this.
