About

AI is already everywhere inside every company and in everyone's hands, and almost nobody can see what's actually happening. Oximy is building the layer that does: the system of record for how the world uses AI, and the control that comes with it. We're early, we move fast, and we care obsessively about taste. We're hiring a Founding Storyteller to make the world understand this before anyone else can explain it.

Why this matters

This is one of the biggest shifts of the decade, and right now it's invisible and badly explained. The company that makes it legible owns it. That's the job: take something enormous and technical and make it land in sixty seconds, for an engineer, a finance leader, a security team, and the person just trying to use AI well at work, all of whom are our users.

What you'll actually do

• Make videos. A lot of them. Turn a hard truth about how companies use AI into a clip people forward. Turn a real result into a story a room remembers.
• Own the content engine across every channel: launch films, founder's notes, customer stories, product walkthroughs, the narrative for a category that doesn't have a name yet.
• Set the story, not just dress it. You'll shape how the world describes this, not inherit a finished line.
• Be resourceful with high agency. When we don't have a capability in-house, you already know who to call, and you call them without asking.
• Shape the product. You'll watch how real people react to what we build more closely than almost anyone, and turn that into our sharpest signal.

Who you are

• You already make content, unprompted. We look at what you've made before your resume.
• You have taste, and you're online enough to know what's working now.
• You can write, shoot, and edit, and you can make something this important feel alive rather than corporate.
• You run calendars, contractors, and campaigns without being told what's next.
• You'd rather ship five things this week than perfect one.

Interview Process

We look at what you've made before anything else, so the work comes first and the conversations are short. Roughly a week, start to offer, if we both move fast.

1. Portfolio review (async). We watch your work and read your application answers. This carries the most weight. If the work sings, the rest is about fit.
2. Founder conversation (20 min). A real talk with Naman about the company, the shift we're betting on, and how you think about telling a story this big. As much you interviewing us as the reverse.
3. The make-something round. We give you a real, current piece of Oximy raw material and you turn it into a 45–60s cut. Paid, lightweight, on your own time. We care about the thinking and the taste, not polish-for-its-own-sake. You'll talk us through your choices.
4. Team conversation + references (30 min). Meet who you'd work alongside, we talk to a couple of people who've shipped with you, and we move to an offer.
