Job Description
About the Role
Aden is building a highly technical product for a sophisticated audience: engineers, AI developers, and enterprise financial operators. Traditional marketing playbooks will not work here. We need a brilliant, highly analytical, and deeply technical Growth Lead to engineer our go-to-market engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel awareness, accelerating developer adoption, and generating high-quality B2B pipeline for our sales team. This role requires a unique blend of product-led growth (PLG) expertise, developer relations (DevRel) intuition, and enterprise demand generation. You will craft the narrative, build the community, optimize the conversion funnels, and scale the distribution channels that will establish Aden as the undisputed standard for AI financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Developer & Open-Source Community Building: Engage deeply with the AI, open-source, and FinTech developer communities. Foster discussions, launch hackathons, and build a vibrant ecosystem around Aden’s tooling. You will leverage platforms like GitHub, Discord, Hacker News, and Reddit to drive organic grassroots adoption.
- Technical Content Strategy: Architect and execute a high-impact technical content engine. You will produce, commission, and edit deep-dive engineering blogs, whitepapers, API documentation tutorials, and architectural teardowns that provide genuine value to highly technical readers.
- Enterprise Demand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for enterprise sales. This includes account-based marketing (ABM), highly targeted outbound sequencing, SEO optimization, and strategic event sponsorships.
- Funnel Optimization & Analytics: Own the end-to-end growth metrics. Implement rigorous tracking to measure developer activation rates, API usage growth, and enterprise sales velocity. Run continuous A/B tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and documentation to optimize the user journey.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the Product Lead to define product positioning, competitive differentiation, and messaging. Orchestrate high-impact product launches that capture market attention and drive immediate usage.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic integrations and partnerships with complementary platforms in the AI development and financial data ecosystems to unlock new distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, developer relations, or product marketing, specifically for B2B API products, developer tooling, or highly technical infrastructure software.
- Technical Fluency: You must be comfortable speaking to developers. You should understand API mechanics, basic programming concepts, and the current landscape of AI development frameworks and enterprise software architectures.
- Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in product analytics and growth tooling (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics, CRM systems). A strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable growth experiments.
- Content Chops: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, clear, and engaging narratives.
- Scrappiness & Scale: The ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment while simultaneously laying the scalable foundation for a future growth team.
Nice to Haves
- Experience growing an open-source project or building developer communities from scratch.
- A strong personal network within the AI, FinTech, or B2B enterprise software space.
- Previous experience working closely with venture capital portfolios for strategic distribution.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and an aggressive equity package.
- Comprehensive healthcare benefits.
- The opportunity to define the growth playbook for a frontier technology market.
- Flexible time off and a remote-friendly working environment.
