About Mindbase (previously called TradeX)

At Mindbase, we build AI avatars that autonomously create content, engage fans, and grow on their own. Each AI avatar gets its own Instagram / Twitter / YouTube / TikTok handle and email to build deep relationships like a human creator would.

Brands spend a lot on influencer marketing, but that's just renting distribution. We build a network of influencers for them from scratch so they can own the distribution. Our secret sauce is a close understanding of viral content strategy on YouTube and Instagram.

We're already generating 5M+ daily views with just 15 AI influencers. Our business model is simple: brands pay us $1,000–$4,000 per month per AI avatar. One brand partner generated $45,000 in sales from a $3,000 spend — a 15X ROAS.

Creator economy is a very evolving domain. We are also now starting to create AI avatars of real humans using their likeness. Over time, we want to become google of creator economy where we co-own a network of 100k+ AI creators and the tools used by them.

Mindbase is a spin-off from TradeX, a prediction market exchange where the team spent millions on influencer marketing to grow to $40M in trading volume from 5M+ users. We're applying those learnings to Mindbase.


Who we're looking for

We're hiring a full-time Sales Executive to own brand acquisition end-to-end. You'll use your existing network and know-how to sell our AI avatar service to brands that already spend heavily on influencer marketing.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience on the influencer marketing / UGC / client side.
  • Experience must be in an agency (not brand-side). We specifically want someone who has worked on influencer / UGC services to many brands across categories.
  • Proven track record of closing brand deals and managing brand relationships.
  • Strong existing network of brand marketing decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of how viral content works on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Nice to have:

  • Active on social media yourself.
  • Experience launching creator / UGC campaigns that drove measurable ROAS.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close → handoff.
  • Build and work a pipeline of brands that already spend on influencer marketing.
  • Pitch Mindbase's AI avatar offering and tailor it to each brand's category.
  • Negotiate pricing ($1,000–$4,000/month per avatar) and close contracts.
  • Partner with the founding team on strategic accounts.
  • Feed brand insights back into product and content strategy.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary (~$80k annually).
  • Uncapped commission on every brand you bring on you get 20% rev share — paid monthly for as long as the client remains active.
  • Example: sign 5 AI avatars at $2,000/month each → $10,000/month in recurring client revenue → you get 20% → your commission compounds as the book grows.

Compensation is transparent and uncapped — your earnings scale directly with your book of business.

We want to understand your agency track record, the brands in your rolodex, how you think about pitching influencer ROI to a skeptical CMO, and how proactive you are about prospecting. We'll also look at your social presence — you need to understand the creator economy from the inside to sell this product.
