About Mindbase (Previously called TradX)

At Mindbase, we build AI avatars that autonomously create content, engage fans, and grow on their own. Each AI avatar gets its own instagram/twitter/youtube/tiktok/ youtube handle and email to build deep relationships like a human creator would.

Brands spend a lot on influencer marketing, but that’s just renting distribution. We build a network of influencers for them from scratch so they can own the distribution. Our secret sauce is a close understanding of viral content strategy on YouTube and Instagram.

We’re already generating 5M+ daily views with just 15 AI influencers. Our business model is simple: brands pay us $1,000–$4,000 per month per AI avatar. One brand partner generated $45,000 in sales from a $3,000 spend – a 15X ROAS.

Mindbase AI is a spin‑off from TradeX, a prediction market exchange where the team spent millions on influencer marketing to grow to $40M in trading volume from 5M+ users. We’re applying those learnings to Mindbase.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking an energetic, high‑agency individual to attend tech and retail events in your city via Luma or Eventbrite, network with potential brand partners, and sell our AI avatar service.

We prioritise candidates with experience in street teams, door‑to‑door sales, or event promotion. You doesn’t need to be a full time creator but if you are active on social media that will help us in making the decision.

Location requirement: You must be based in one of the top highest‑density major U.S. cities: like NYC, SF, BOS, CHI, MIA, PHL, LA.

What you’ll do

- Find relevant events on apps like Meetup, Eventbrite, and Luma.

- Attend 15+ local tech or retail events per month.

- Network with brand decision‑makers and explain our AI avatar offering.

- For interested prospects, explain pricing and the value proposition.

- Book qualified demos with the founding team.

Your 30 day signal:

In your first 30 days, you will need to attend 15 local tech or retail events and book 5 qualified clients

- A google sheet to track leads, events, and your booked demos.

- A dedicated Slack channel with the founders for real‑time support.

Compensation

Base stipend is $500 per month

You will receive 20% of the revenue from each client you bring on, paid monthly for the first 1 year that the client remains active.

Example: If you sign sell 5 AI avatars, for $1k per month per AI avatar, then you get 20% of that each month (i.e $1k) for 1 year

We keep compensation transparent and uncapped – your earnings grow directly with your performance.

How to apply

Send a brief note describing your experience in street teams, door‑to‑door sales, or event promotion, and confirm your location (must be one of the six cities listed above). We’ll review and reach out promptly.

Interview Process

Interview process is of either 1 or 2 rounds of interview with each co-founder to understand how proactively you can follow the process of finding events, attending events and how far you will go to get sales. For example, apart from Luma or meetup events, you can also visit nearby clinics, spas, cafes and sell them AI influencer services.

You need to be active on social media so that we know you understand basic of how influencer thing works.
