Internship - CS UIR Quality Operation Intern - Hsinchu

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Understand quickly semiconductor and ASML hardware/ software terminology and internal organizational process in a basic level.
• Provide office support to the UIR project team, with a primary focus on UIR Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Support  issue resolution and craftmanship review data visualization, cleaning, optimization, and data mining aiming for organization-level improvement.
• Work closely with UIR stakeholders to deliver timely data analysis feedback on a weekly basis.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of organization KPI digital tooling, ensuring data accuracy and usability for daily operations.

• This role is expected to leverage digital and automation tools to improve visibility and efficiency of existing databases and daily UIR operations, including but not limited to:
  - Excel pivot table
  - Excel VBA
  - Power BI
  - Python
   

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to prioritize tasks, structure daily operations, plan ahead, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrates a learning mindset, actively developing skills based on experience and feedback.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
