Internship - ABS Finance Operation (ABS FO) Intern (1-year-contract) - Hsinchu

Are you challenged by contributing to our successful world-class finance department as a hands-on Financial Specialist (Intern)? Your job is to work in a dynamic and international environment, being part of a high-tech company. The Intern will be part of the ASML Business Services (ABS) in Finance. He or she supports the business on accounting to ensures external and internal reporting requirements.

Introduction to the job

As an Intern, you are expected to support the process of accounts payable and VAT-In to ensure financial records are correct and complete creating the basis for a clean audit trail with proper substantiation and specification.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Accounts Payable

• Support to GUI verification or vendor invoice and check the details, solve error when it occurs.

• Collaborate with Procurement and Treasury for vendor payment.

• From the financial input perspective to assist in vendor invoice related questions

2. VAT

• Tax Refund Support- support to prepare/provide documents to National Tax Authority per request, communicate and co-work with stakeholders for information alignment.

3. Assisting management as required on any tasks and projects

Education and experience

• Business School student- Junior to Senior or Graduate

Skills

• Understanding of Financial Accounting Principle

• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
