Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience Administrator/Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the 3DExperience platform, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of enabling complex engineering and business processes through PLM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support the Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform, including user management, security, data modeling, and customization.
- Architect scalable and robust PLM solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring optimal integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead platform upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning to maintain system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, IT, and business units—to define requirements, design solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Train and mentor internal teams on 3DExperience platform usage, administration, and new functionalities.
- Stay current with Dassault Systèmes’ product roadmap, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and architecting Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience/ENOVIA platforms in a production environment.
- Expert knowledge of 3DExperience platform components, data modeling, security, and integrations (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, ERP systems).
- Strong proficiency in scripting (e.g., MQL, TCL), APIs, and customization of the 3DExperience environment.
- Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), and server administration.
- Experience integrating 3DExperience with SAAS ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience with Enovia Deployment Acceleration Toolkit (EDAT).
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Dassault Systèmes certifications (e.g., 3DExperience Platform Administrator/Architect) preferred.
- Ability and availability to travel as required: up to 25%.

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
