Job Description

You will be an integral part of the software verification team that will be responsible for developing, integrating, and executing software verification across multiple LRUs on new carrier vehicles and spaceships. You will have extensive experience verifying safety critical software utilizing automated test frameworks. In addition, you will take part in avionics software and systems integration and help with troubleshooting and contribute in future updates and modifications.

 

  • Design and document verification strategies and steps for verifying software requirements
  • Translate verification steps into automated scripts to run on automated test bench
  • Participate and contribute in creating automated test benches
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in designing, verifying and validating a complex hardware/software systems.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience with requirements-based, safety-critical real-time software verification in aerospace or similar field. 
  • Experience with requirements-based software testing for avionics
  • Experience with Vectorcast or similar unit testing tools
  • Experience developing a regression testing framework with Python

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $108,871.00–$166,036.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
