Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the role include the following, although they are not limited to:
- Ensures the office of the Chief Growth Officer is optimized to serve our customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Manages and maintains the executive’s heavy schedule as well as calendar.
- Organizes meetings and conferences of different types, which may include setting the agenda, including site and meeting details.
- Supports travel and expense reports, purchase requests and other administrative duties.
- Organizes phone sheet, assists in rolling calls.
- Respects and maintains a high degree of confidentiality across all matters.
- Maintains executive day-to-day and helps manage priorities
- Travels to New Mexico (Spaceport America) and Mesa, Arizona occasionally to support the Executive and team at events & key business trips.
- Develop high-quality presentations and decks that articulate our value proposition to customers and partners.
- Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Works collaboratively to achieve goals and/or complete assigned tasks.
- Support the company strategy by holding ourselves and one another accountable for getting the work done.
Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. MAC capabilities including Pages, Keynote.
- Flexibility with work schedule and location.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and concurrently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- High degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to be self-directed, take ownership, and see projects to completion in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideas.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to articulate requirements/actions/needs in a professional tone and attitude; exchange information to facilitate positive and efficient work processes and results (including written correspondence).
- Ability to interface with the C-suite Executives and direct reports.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across functional areas to ensure a unified and positive experience for our customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, work prioritization capacity and ability to analyze workflow/processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and interact with staff at varying levels of experience.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, motivated to solve problems, anticipates needs and addresses them without needing direction to do so.
- Preferred: Experience organizing events for high-net-worth individuals

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $81,650.00–$124,600.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
