About Mindbase

At Mindbase, we build AI influencers that autonomously create content, engage fans, and grow on their own. Each AI influencer gets its own email, phone number, and WhatsApp account to build deep relationships like a human creator would.

Brands spend a lot on influencer marketing, but that’s just renting distribution. We build a network of influencers for them from scratch so they can own the distribution. Our secret sauce is a close understanding of viral content strategy on YouTube and Instagram.

We’re already generating 50M+ daily views with just 15 AI influencers. Our business model is simple: brands pay us $1,000–$4,000 per month per AI influencer. One brand partner generated $45,000 in sales from a $3,000 spend – a 15X ROAS.

Mindbase AI is a spin‑off from TradeX, a prediction market exchange where the team spent millions on influencer marketing to grow to $40M in trading volume from 5M+ users. We’re applying those learnings to Mindbase.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking an energetic, high‑agency individual to attend tech and retail events in your city, network with potential brand partners, and sell our AI influencer service.

We prioritise candidates with experience in street teams, door‑to‑door sales, or event promotion.

Location requirement: You must be based in one of the following top 6 highest‑density major U.S. cities:

- New York City, NY

- San Francisco, CA

- Boston, MA

- Chicago, IL

- Philadelphia, PA

- Miami, FL

Candidates outside these six cities will be automatically rejected.

What you’ll do

- Find relevant events on apps like Meetup, Eventbrite, and Luma.

- Attend 15+ local tech or retail events per month.

- Network with brand decision‑makers and explain our AI influencer offering.

- For interested prospects, explain pricing and the value proposition.

- Book qualified demos with the founding team.

In your first 30 days, you will need to attend 15 local tech or retail events and book 5 qualified clients

Sales toolkit & resources

You’ll have everything you need to succeed:

- A live dashboard showing our 50M+ daily views and case study data.

- A pitch deck that clearly outlines our 15X ROAS proof points.

- A google sheet to track leads, events, and your booked demos.

- A dedicated Slack channel with the founders for real‑time support.

Compensation

This is a commission‑only role (no base stipend).

You will receive 20% of the revenue from each client you bring on, paid monthly for the first 1 year that the client remains active.

Example: If you sign a client at $3,000/month, you earn $600/month for 12 months = $7,200 total from that single client.

We keep compensation transparent and uncapped – your earnings grow directly with your performance.

Interview Process

Interview process is of 2 rounds of interview with each co-founder to understand how proactively you can follow the process of finding events, attending events and how far you will go to get sales. For example, apart from Luma or meetup events, you can also visit nearby clinics, spas, cafes and sell them AI influencer services.
