At Tasklet, we're building the cloud agent OS for work. We believe we can be the main app that most knowledge workers use for everything.

Our users are trying to do real work with Tasklet — when something breaks or confuses them, the quality of support directly impacts whether they trust an AI agent with more of their workflow. Great support at Tasklet isn't just answering tickets. It's understanding the product deeply, solving problems creatively, and feeding insights back to the product team so we fix the root cause.

This is a high-potential role for someone ambitious who wants to grow with our company.

Compensation

  • $115k → $155k salary
  • 0.10% → 0.20% equity

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, helpful, and human support to our users
  • Build AI-augmented support workflows — use Tasklet itself (and other tools) to handle common issues so you can focus on the hard problems
  • Diagnose complex issues across a product that touches dozens of external services, runs code, browses the web, and manages files
  • Build the feedback→product loop — systematically capture what's breaking, what's confusing, and what's missing, and turn it into actionable insights for engineering
  • Create and maintain help docs, guides, and self-serve resources that actually help people

Our ideal candidate

  • You have genuine empathy for users and care about their experience — not just closing tickets
  • You're a clear, concise writer who can explain complex things simply
  • You're not scared of technical complexity — you’ll need to read error logs, understand API integrations, and debug complex multi-step agent workflows
  • You're resourceful and proactive — you'll build systems and automations to make support better, not just respond to what comes in
  • You could easily work in support at a top AI lab — but you want the outsized impact of a startup, and you believe Tasklet can win
