Au sud de Paris, notre site est facilement accessible en transport en commun.Within Thales, you will join teams delivering and supporting advanced air traffic management systems for European customers. Based on a client site in Budapest (Hungary), you will work in an international environment, contributing to the deployment and operational support of critical airspace management solutions.
As a Site Support Engineer, you act as the key interface between the customer and Thales engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment, validation and operational support of air traffic control systems.
You:
- Support system deployment, upgrades and integration activities on-site
- Perform validation & verification tests and contribute to system qualification
- Analyze anomalies and coordinate resolution with factory teams
- Interface with the customer to gather needs and provide operational support
- Contribute to system improvements, data configuration and new requirements
- Ensure reporting and communication with stakeholders and project teams
Your profile
Would you like to work on critical air traffic control systems in an international environment?
Is your priority to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction?
Do you have the ambition to develop your expertise in complex software systems?
Are you eager to discover operational environments at the heart of air traffic management?
You hold an engineering degree or Master’s degree (Computer Science or equivalent) and have experience in:
• Air Traffic Control systems or similar complex environments,
• Software systems engineering or development (minimum 5 years),
• Linux environments and scripting (Python, Perl…),
• Software architecture and/or network systems
Communication skills, autonomy, rigor, customer focus, adaptability and ability to manage complex situations are strengths recognized in you?
