Studio Product Designer
Cuernavaca, Morelos On-site

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to occupy our position of Studio Product Designer responsible for reviewing, adapting, and standardizing electronic files submitted by clients to generate samples and processable files in accordance with requirements, policies, security standards, information management, and quality standards, to ensure optimal reproduction in industrial processes. You will collaborate with engineering, production, new product introduction (NPI), and customer service teams to accurately define the technical specifications of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client artwork and perform color tests to ensure print readiness. 
• Verify and test designs related to packaging cards, editorial design, and new products. 
• Provide direct support to production teams. 
• Adapt to operation schedules and provide remote support when needed. 
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite on Mac platform (Must): Illustrator, Photoshop (advanced level).
• Kodak workshop knowledge. 
• Advanced conversational English. 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. 
• Willingness to adapt to operation hours.
• Knowledge of color management and printing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in pre-press. 
• Familiarity with CTP (Computer to Plate) equipment.
• Color management.
