Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Paco De Arcos - Q45, Portugal

We are currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Airspace Mobility Solutions team!

Responsibilities:

• Integrate, install, configure, and validate hardware and software solutions to ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements;

• Support hardware integration activities for systems and sub-systems, ensuring controlled and efficient delivery;

• Develop and maintain design documentation, solution specifications, acceptance test procedures, and related technical documentation;

• Contribute to infrastructure testing, product verification phases, and customer design reviews;

• Develop, harden, and automate SOE deployments, including RBAC input, monitoring, and remote management configuration;

• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and support integration and test teams during execution phases;

• Support project delivery activities including material lists (LOS), cost and labour estimation, bid support, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields;

• Availability for business travelling around the world;

• Solid experience with Red Hat Linux systems, including configuration, performance tuning, hardening and automation;

• Strong skills in automation with Ansible and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Octopus, Travis);

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl, YAML) for automation and integration;

• Knowledge of hardware and networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Cisco/HP/Lenovo) and hardware validation processes.
