
Reliability and Maintainability Engineer (ILS)

We are currently looking for an Reliability and Maintainability Specialist Engineer to join our Airspace Mobility Solutions team! You will have the opportunity of working in an exciting and technically challenging domain, being a technical stream leader within projects that are developing world-leading technology on the air traffic control domain.
Responsibilities:
Execute and support Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities such as deliverables, support strategy, system specification, verification, validation, and test plans.
Conduct and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) tasks including failure mode analysis, reliability-centered maintenance and repair analyses.
Validate and develop support inventory procurement, distribution strategies, and support/test equipment requirements.
Develop, review, update, and distribute technical documentation and maintenance/support plans.
Assist with subcontractor coordination and warranty support/repair claims management.
Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis and modeling.
Optimize spares modeling and support contract strategies.
Support ILS contract cost updates, quantitative risk assessments, trade-off strategies, and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
What we look forward to:
Minimum 5 years of experience on Integrated Logistics Support Management,
Engineering and/or Analyst role;Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields;
Formal training in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and/or Supportability Engineering disciplines;
Experience in LSA, FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA, LCC, RAM, TNA and Technical Publications;
Skills in software tools used to perform ILS and Support tasks as Windchill Quality Solutions (Relex), OmegaPS or EAGLE LSAR, OPUS10, SIMLOG, Arbortext 1000D;
Expert skills in the MS Office Suite of Tools (Excel and Access);
Experience in managing small to medium multidisciplinary teams;
Written and oral proficiency in English;
Availability for business travelling.
