  • Manage team utilisation, pipeline visibility, and resourcing
  • Contribute to offensive security strategy, capability uplift, and go-to-market
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team culture
  • Support thought leadership, community engagement, and industry presence
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery and commercial outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong background in offensive security at senior or principal level
  • Technical credibility across offensive security domains (e.g. OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Strong commercial acumen including utilisation, pricing, and delivery risk
  • Experience in pre-sales, client engagement, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders including CISOs
  • Strong decision-making capability balancing client, team, and commercial needs
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience, e.g. OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTP or similar
  • Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY

After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
