Your Role:
As a Junior ServiceNow Administrator, you will support the development, maintenance and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. Working within the Platforms, Automation & Data team, you will contribute to platform enhancements, automation initiatives and integration solutions that improve internal processes and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the configuration, customisation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in developing Service Catalog items, workflows, reports and integrations
- Gather and document technical requirements from internal teams and stakeholders
- Write and maintain code in line with platform best practices and standards
- Support platform upgrades, maintenance and continuous improvement activities
- Work alongside senior developers and technical leads to deliver ServiceNow solutions
- Help drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities across the business
What You’ll Bring:
- Around 1+ year experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development or administration capacity
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM/CSM modules
- Exposure to REST APIs and experience developing production ready JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders and customers
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with an interest in developing your skills across ServiceNow and process automation
