AI/ML Engineer

We're hiring an AI/ML Engineer to help build robot cowboys. You'll own the perception and processing models that let our drones see, track, and understand the world below them.

What you'll do

• Build CV models for cattle detection, tracking, and weight estimation across RGB and thermal
• Build segmentation models for paddocks, pasture, and water from aerial and satellite imagery
• Ship models onto field computers under tight performance constraints
• Own the data pipelines behind the models

You should have

• Shipped CV or ML models into production, ideally on edge hardware
• Strong skills in some mix of PyTorch, OpenCV, segmentation, point clouds, and remote sensing
• Built solutions for the real world, ideally in field robotics or sensing systems
• Willingness to travel to our research station and customer deployments to debug in the field
