IAM Consultant (Identity & Access Management)

At Thales S21sec Spain, we are looking for an IAM Consultant with experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our Integration team.

What you’ll do:

• Deploy and manage IAM platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, Federation)
• Work on Identity Governance projects (deployment, migration, improvement)
• Implement authentication, authorization & federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
• Develop integrations (Java, Python, PowerShell)
• Support PAM, MFA, and secure identity environments

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in IAM / IGA projects
• Strong knowledge of LDAP directories and federation protocols
• Hands-on experience with tools like SailPoint, One Identity, Oracle IAM, Entra ID
• Scripting or development skills
