At Thales S21sec Spain, we are looking for a Senior Security Strategy Consultant with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity to join our central services team.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong expertise in cybersecurity infrastructures, capable of supporting and managing complex technological environments across leading security vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze cybersecurity needs and assess current security posture
• Design and develop Security Master Plans and strategic cybersecurity roadmaps
• Define high-level designs (HLD) for cybersecurity architectures across IT, OT, and Cloud environments
• Act as CISO, advisor, or cybersecurity strategy consultant for clients
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity reporting frameworks (KPIs, controls, metrics)
• Identify and continuously improve security policies aligned with applicable regulations and standards

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks (ISO 27000, ENS, NIS2, PCI-DSS, IEC 62443, GDPR, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with security technologies (NGFW, IPS, NAC, WAF, CASB, SASE, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, etc.)
• Experience in cross-functional cybersecurity services (SOC, offensive security, vulnerability management, hardening, threat intelligence, etc.)
