Job Description

Main Purpose
You will support managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, providing guidance on topics like performance, development, engagement, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support hiring needs to ensure the right people are in place
Help identify training and development needs for teams
Assist with salary reviews and compensation processes
Manage employee mobility (internal moves, international opportunities)
Ensure training plans are implemented
Support payroll-related activities
Coordinate temporary staff recruitment
Advise managers and employees on development and career plans
Promote team motivation and support managers in leading their teams
Support performance management, feedback, and talent reviews
Handle employee relations topics (conflicts, terminations, etc.)
Ensure all HR processes are followed (e.g. target setting, development plans, exits)
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Previous experience in HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of HR processes (performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent development)
Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of labour law (preferably in Portugal/Spain context)
Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Proactive and hands-on approach
