Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner
This position is on-site model in our Sao Bernardo do Campo unit.
Position Summary
In light of the organizational expansion, the HRBP will serve as a strategic consultant to leadership. The goal is to manage the increasing complexity of a growing workforce, ensuring that talent management, organizational design, and employee relations scale effectively with the business.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership: Translate business objectives into HR strategies, focusing on change management and organizational effectiveness during the SFE ramp-up.
- Performance & Development: Lead the annual performance cycle, identifying high-potential talent and building robust succession plans.
- Talent Architect: Partner with managers to define specialized training plans that address the new competencies required by the project's evolution.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the full employee lifecycle for the perimeter, coordinating with the Center of Excellence (CoE) for payroll, benefits, and legal compliance.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR KPIs (turnover, engagement, headcount costs) to provide data-driven recommendations to the Country HRBP and Site Managers.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator and advocate, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring a healthy labor relations environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA or Specialization in Strategic People Management or Organizational Development is highly preferred.
- Experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role within a manufacturing or project-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (required for global reporting and CoE interaction).
