Fresh-Out New Grad Project Engineer

Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)

Position Summary

Thales is looking for an Fresh-Out Delivery HUB Engineer who is primarily responsible to develop and support the Automation for industrialization and production processes and necessary equipment to customize SIM cards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Learn to use professional concepts related to software and SIM Cards development.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Contribute designing, coding, and testing of the internal module(s).
• Develop and support the Automation for industrialization and production processes and necessary equipment to customize SIM cards.
• Work on site with a software engineering team and prepare production packages.
• Interface with development teams, technical support and technical consultants as needed in other sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• RECENT graduate (2023 - 2024) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or another relevant field of study; and / or equivalent experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Programming languages. (Python, C, C++, etc.) and Data bases (SQLite, Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, etc.)
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.
• Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
